Current Projects Victory Ministries International Pastor Samar & Felecia Ghandour are an anointed couple of God and they currently have planted and overseer 4 churches in Liberia. Currenlty they are raising funds to build more churches, a school and a library in Liberia. We are praying and standing in agreement with them to help this process take place.
